How does the WhatsApp integration work?
Staff send a WhatsApp message to a Vabumi number, in any language, at any time. The system reads it, creates a task, translates it if needed, and routes it to the right person. Nothing is installed on their phones.
Do all staff need to download an app?
No. Workers can report tasks via WhatsApp or by scanning a QR code with their phone camera. Only managers and supervisors use the web app.
Does every staff member need to be set up in a specific language?
Each user has a preferred language in their profile — you set it once during onboarding. After that, every task, comment, and notification they see is in that language. A manager in English and a cleaner in Portuguese are looking at the same task, each reading their version. No one needs to translate anything manually.
What happens when a routine item is marked as failed?
If a staff member flags an item as failed during a routine — a broken fixture, a missing supply, anything — Vabumi automatically creates a follow-up task and assigns it to the right person. The follow-up exists before the routine is even finished. Nothing falls through.
Can I see what my team actually did, and when?
Yes. Every completed task and routine is logged with who did it, when, and what the outcome was. You can filter by date range, team member, or location. It's always there — no chasing people for updates.
